This week and next, we discuss mental health and coping and how it would affect all involved. This week's episode covers the lighter end of the two. "Mental illness is common" is something we found out was part of the definition of "mental illness." This episode will give you a chance to get your bearings and tissues together before we get into the even heavier stuff in episode two. With statistics like "1 in 4 adults in the U.S.A. have mental illness," we are bound to have a member of our polycule that's struggling. We discuss statistics and resources here in this episode - amidst our own experiences.
